Parking Update - August 27, 2020

Parking permits for the Fall 2020 semester are needed by all faculty, staff and students, however, the University of Regina has waived the parking fees for this semester.

Commuter Students

All commuter students who will be on campus must have a Commuter M Fall permit. Be sure to enter your license plate(s) and the make of your vehicle(s) when you request your permit.

SCBScN

Students enrolled in the University of Regina Faculty of Nursing program, in collaboration with Saskatchewan Polytech, will need a parking permit. You must enter your license plate(s) and the make of your vehicle(s) when you request your permit.

Please note:  A permit is not required at the Saskatchewan Polytech- Regina Campus for the fall semester. Students will be able to park in the student parking lots (8, 10, 14 & 15) without need to purchase or show a permit of any type.

Residents

All Residents students who will be on living campus must have a Resident Permit. You will need to enter your license plate(s) and the make of your vehicle(s) when you request your permit.

Parking at the University

All parking on campus is paid parking. Revenue generated from “user pay” fees provides the funding for parking operations, infrastructure construction & maintenance and related parking infrastructure expenses.

Several parking options are available to you, depending who you are and what your parking needs are.  Choose one of the options below to find out your parking options and if you need a parking permit from Parking Services.

  1. Campus resident student (student living on campus)
  2. Commuter student (student driving to campus)
  3. Visitor  (non-university community visiting campus)

Note:  Parking on campus is limited and will sell out; permits are sold on a first come/first serve basis so check the sale dates and apply early.
