- Ultimate meal plan covers 19 meals/week at a cost of $3,500.00 per term. September 2nd - December 22nd.
- Casual meal plan covers 10 meals/week at a cost of $2,750.00 per term. September 2nd - December 22nd.
- Declining meal plan: meal plan gets you $1,600.00 worth of meals for $1,500.00. No expiration date.

Ultimate Experience Group Meal Plan Policies:
Expiry Policy
- All ultimate and casual meal plans will expire at the end of the academic year (April 30th).
- It is the sole responsibility of the student to inform Ultimate Experience Group when their meal plans are about to expire.
Refund/Payment Policy
- All tax-exempt meal plans must be paid in full (no partial payments allowed).
- All ultimate and casual meal plans must be purchased and paid in full at the beginning of the Fall term. There are no refunds on tax-exempt meal plans.
- In the case of an official withdrawal (e.g. illness, injury, accident) from the University of Regina before October 31st.
- All ultimate and casual tax-exempt meal plans may receive a refund up to a maximum of $1600.00 (depending on remaining balance available) if proof of withdrawal is provided on or before October 31st.
- All refund approvals are subject to a $50.00 administration fee. All refund request approvals are at the sole discretion of Ultimate Experience Group.
Usage of Meal Plan
- All meals and beverage items will be tax exempt. These funds can only be used at Ultimate Experience Group food service locations on the University of Regina campus and are not accepted in vending machines or convenience stores.
- All meal plans are single user and only the person that is registered to each plan can use the plan and is required to show picture identification to verify purchase/transaction.

Taxable meal plans may be purchased at any time Monday through Friday from 10:30 am-3:00 pm at the Ultimate Rotisserie Experience located in the Riddell Centre.
What are the initial purchase requirements for a taxable meal plan at the Ultimate Rotisserie Experience, and what are the available options for increasing the value of your plan after the initial purchase?
The initial purchase requires a minimum amount of $100.00. After purchasing the plan, you can increase its value in increments of $50.00 or more.
All taxable meal card balances don’t expire (if the student is still currently enrolled at the University of Regina) and rollover from one year to the next and are therefore non-refundable.
Your taxable meal plan funds can only be used at Ultimate Experience Group Food Service locations on the University of Regina campus. They are not accepted in vending machines or convenience stores.
Note: All taxable plans are single user; only the person that is registered to each plan can use the plan and is required to show picture identification to verify purchase/transaction.
What should you do if you lose your taxable meal card, and what are the associated costs and responsibilities?
If you lose your card, please report it immediately to the Ultimate Experience Group food service manager. We will disable the card and set you up with a new one (replacement fee for card $10.00). Neither the University nor Ultimate Experience is responsible for any loss to your account.
