Requests and Forms

 Maintenance Requests

Do you have a problem to report in your suite or bedroom? Is there something that needs replacing or repairing? We want to help! Please log in to our Web Housing Portal  and go to the "Maintenance" tab report a problem with your room.  One of our friendly staff members will ensure your request gets the attention it needs.

 Holiday Stay Over Form

The University of Regina and all departments on campus will be closed for the Holiday Break, December 24th at noon, up to and including January 1st, 2020 (regular business hours resume January 2nd). Should you require assistance, Student Community Assistants and RAs/RLCs will be available throughout the break, 24/7.

If you will be staying on campus in your room for all or part of this time, please complete the holiday stay over form. The purpose of gathering this information is to compile an accurate list for housing staff in the event of an emergency over the holidays. We appreciate your co-operation in this effort.

There is no additional charge for this period for residents who will continue to live here in the Winter Semester.

You may keep your room keys even if you will not be here during the holidays.

Contract Cancellation Request Form

Please complete this form if you are requesting to cancel your contract and move out of Housing before the end date of your contract. Sumbission of this form is not confirmation of an approved cancellation. Housing Services will review your request and contact you with a decision.  Please review the terms of your housing contract and ensure you understand any financial obligations that apply.

 Room Change Form 

Please visit our Housing Office to discuss room change options and to complete a room change request form.

 Request for Assistance with Residence Concerns

Is it your first time away from home living with roommates? Not sure how to discuss concerns you have with your new living environment? If you are having problems of any kind and need help dealing with them, please use our Request for Assistance with Resident Concerns form. All information submitted remains confidential, and you will remain anonymous. Our Residence Life team has years of combined experience with all types of residence concerns. Please do not hesitate to ask for assistance; we want you to be happy!

Early Arrival Requests

If you will be moving in for the Winter 2020 semester and require an earlier arrival date than January 3rd 2020, please complete our Early Arrival Request Form by no later than December 16th, 2019. Housing Services will try to place you in your assigned room on arrival however, if the room is not yet available you may be placed in a temporary room until your room is ready. 

Please noteA $35/day charge late move out fee will apply to all approved late move outs.(all late move out requests are subject to Managerial approval and based on availability)

Late Move-Out Requests

Do you need to stay later than your scheduled move out date? Please complete our Late Move Out request form. We will always do our best to accommodate you! Please note: A $35/day charge late move out fee will apply to all approved late move outs. (all late move out requests are subject to Managerial approval and based on availability)

 Cleaning Requests

Are you overwhelmed by school? Need a hand with cleaning? Housing Services is pleased to announce our new cleaning service program. For a reasonable flat fee, Housing Services housekeeping staff will clean the area that you are assigned to on the cleaning schedule for you! (Payment must be made in advance to the Kīšik Towers Housing Office; please email to inquire for current rates). 

This service will be provided up to a maximum time of one hour during the week of the scheduled cleaning inspections. If this sounds like a program that would benefit you, complete our Cleaning Request form now!

Move Out Assistance

We can help! if you would like our team to assist you in moving your items out of your room on your move out or room change date, please complete our move out assistance formIf you are Room Changing, please do not complete this form until your room change date has been confirmed. Housing Services will try to accommodate all requests for assistance on the date requested. Please submit your request for assistance at least 2 days in advance of your scheduled move-out/room change date. 

You will receive a confirmation from our Residence Life team with instructions.
