Amin Malakootikhah is a visual artist who explores diverse storytelling methods through creative technologies. With a Master of Fine Arts in Animation, he is currently pursuing an MFA in Media and Artistic Research, concentrating on interactive arts and media.

Amin's short animated films have been recognized and awarded at international festivals, and his interactive installations have been featured in galleries and exhibitions.

Beyond his artistic pursuits, Amin has made significant contributions to education, serving as a sessional lecturer, teaching fellow, and teaching assistant in creative technologies courses. His dedication to teaching earned him the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research Teaching Prize in 2023.
