It includes roads, sidewalks and paths, parking lots, landscaped and non-landscaped areas, trees and foliage, tunnels, security and life safety systems, and the distribution systems for water, sewage, electricity, telecommunications, IT networks, steam and chilled water, laboratory gas, and natural gas.
