Join the Student Mental Health team for another installment of their URWell Self-Improvement Webinar Series! 

Big, mean, and uncomfortable emotions are common when we find ourselves in stressful situations - and often cause impulsive reactions we end up regretting! This 45-minute webinar is designed to help you learn and practice more flexible ways of responding by building and strengthening your emotional agility skills.
