Join one of our URWell workshops! UR Well offers a number of skill building and informational seminars (45 minutes) on various topics related to academic performance. The topics include managing stress, improving motivation, tackling procrastination, cultivating self-care, and maintaining emotional and relational wellness. The presenters of the seminars are clinicians with Student Mental Health.
