The Registrar’s Office, within Student Affairs, is a leader in the provisioning of effective and responsive service to the University Community.  Our policies, processes, and procedures support the strategic priorities and the academic integrity of the University.


Our mandate is to provide top quality service in our primary areas of responsibility.  We advise on and foster a clear understanding of our systems, policies, processes, and procedures.  Our ability to be responsive, adaptable, and supportive of change is critical to our success.

Statement of Ethical Practice

The Registrar’s Office has adopted the following principles of professional ethics and practice in academic and enrolment services. Registrar’s Office staff members shall:

  • Conduct themselves with integrity, fairness, honesty, and respect for others;
  • Avoid conflicts between personal interests, and professional responsibilities, and resolve perceived conflicts through full disclosure and independent review;
  • Dispense complete, accurate, understandable, and truthful information and advice at all times.
