The University of Regina is pleased to invite both partner institutions on behalf of their nominated exchange students and interested students from eligible countries to submit applications for the Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development – Phase 2 (SEED-2). Please understand that because of the need for an existing exchange program agreement, we ask that only those students nominated through our exchange program be considered for this scholarship. Individual students interested are encouraged to contact their Study Abroad coordinator at their home institution to determine nomination elibility.
Please email study.abroad@uregina.ca a complete list of student names and all required supporting documents no later than March 6, 2026, 11:59pm CST. Early applications are encouraged. Each partner institution may submit applications for a maximum of three (3) students.
