Our mission is to resolve all outstanding treaty claims on behalf of First Nations across Canada and help First Nations partner with Corporate Canada through mutually beneficial financial arrangements. We recently represented FNs in BC in the Enbridge and CoastalGasLink transactions. We provide a number of vehicles including using an insurance policy as sole security for a financial institution to fund all the costs of settling an outstanding treaty claim. We also use asset sale leaseback structures and captive insurance structures under an LP GP structure to create effective corporate partnerships. Finally, we are working to create the first national Indigenous-owned insurance company as well as creating a tax effective vehicle for foreign investment to come into Canada with Indigenous partners.

We’re a team of freelancers, contractors, and consultants who struggled to find career and business support that spoke to our reality - so we created it. Today, we specialize in designing and delivering innovative career and business support that helps others launch and grow non-traditional work paths. We also license our digital products and online courses to industry associations, post-secondary institutions, and employment service providers across Canada, giving their members, alumni, and clients access to practical, self-paced training. In addition, we collaborate with governments, career and employment agencies, post-secondary institutions and employers to develop customized career support programs.
