Celebrating the Class of '76!

As some of our earliest graduates, our Golden Aluminaries were there as the University of Regina established itself as an independent institution, and have watched the U of R grow into the vital and dynamic place that it is today. 

Our Golden Aluminaries set an example as engaged alumni who maintain a connection with the U of R and its community of more than 97,000 alumni worldwide. Our Golden Aluminaries are vital to the U of R's story, and serve as ambassadors for our university.

This year, the University of Regina is pleased to celebrate our Golden Aluminaries from the Class of 1976 as they celebrate fifty years or more* as proud alumi. 

In recognition of this milestone, we look forward awarding to this cohort of alumni with commemorative certificates and pins in the fall of 2026. The deadline to register for your 50-year commemorative certificate and pin is October 31, 2026. Registrants will receive their Golden Aluminary package by mail approximately two weeks after registration closes.

*If you graduated from the University of Regina or the University of Saskatchewan, Regina Campus prior to1976, and missed being recognized as a previous year's Golden Aluminary, you may register to be recognized this year.
