The Women’s Mentoring Circle is a new opportunity to learn from an executive mentor, build your skills, and be part of a supportive community. A unique opportunity for women in business to grow as leaders, build confidence, and connect with peers.

Looking for guidance as you start shaping your career? The Women’s Mentoring Circle is a brand-new pilot program designed for Hill and Levene business students who want to:

  • Develop leadership and communication skills
  • Learn from the real-world experience of an executive mentor
  • Build strong, supportive connections with other women in business
  • Explore career pathways and opportunities in a safe, empowering space

This circle will be led by Kathryn Pollack, an experienced executive and dedicated advocate for advancing women in leadership. She’s excited to share her experiences and support the next generation of women leaders through the Women’s Mentoring Circle.

Meet your mentor

Kathryn is a proud Levene alumna and a valued member of the Leaders Council at the Hill Levene School of Business. She’s an accomplished leader with decades of experience in both government and private industry, and she currently serves as the Executive Vice-President of People, Safety, and Indigenous & Corporate Relations at SaskPower.

Kathryn is passionate about leadership development and helping others grow in their careers. She earned her Executive MBA from the Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business and completed the Directors Education Program through the Institute of Corporate Directors.

In 2022, Kathryn was recognized for her dedication to public service with the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal (Saskatchewan).

All Hill and Levene students will also have the chance to connect with Kathryn through her event series Around the Table: Leadership Conversations with Kathryn. These sessions create space for open, honest conversations about the challenges and realities of leadership—giving you the opportunity to learn directly from her experience and insights.

Who Can Join and When?


This opportunity is open to women undergraduate and graduate students at the Hill Levene School of Business.

The first cohort will be small—only 6–8 students—to keep the mentoring personal and impactful.

  • Program dates: October 2025 – April 2026
  • Meetings: Monthly sessions
  • Format: In-person at the Hill Levene School of Business, with a hybrid option if needed
