Completion Letter Request Form

Some students may require a letter of completion prior to graduation for their post-graduate work permit or for employment purposes.

I understand that my request for a completion letter may be rejected if I do not meet the requirements listed below. In that case, I will be required to submit a new request once all requirements are met:

  1. I have applied to graduate from my program (if I have not already done so).
  2. I have paid all outstanding fees on my account. I understand that I can review my account through UR Self-Service and contact Financial Services at 306-585-4123 if I have any questions.
  3. I have received all of my final grades.
  4. I have not yet received a degree completion date on my transcript.

I understand that a completion letter request can take up to five business days for processing and will be sent by email to your provided email address. *
