Jacqueline (Jacquie) Messer-Lepage has over 30 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, strategic planning, research and adult education. She is a seasoned professional, having developed expertise across sectors with a particular focus on leadership, strategy, healthcare, and legislation.
Jacquie has worn many hats as a senior leader within the public and private sectors. Her background includes Labour Relations, Privacy, First Nations and Metis Relations, Rural Health, Systems Programming, and even work as a Private Investigator. She is currently the Executive Director and Registrar with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics.
Jacquie holds a Master of Business Administration, undergraduate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Certificates in Mediation, Project Management, and Specialized Investigations, as well as numerous additional post-graduate courses and certifications.
She believes that courage and purpose in life are key to overall happiness. For fun, she volunteers on local boards and plays flute with a number of groups in Regina.
