Join us for our upcoming Admission on the Spot event! Applicants can apply to the University of Regina with a reduced application fee and receive an admission decision—all on the spot!
Why should students come to Admission on the Spot?

- Meet one-on-one with Enrolment Services staff to receive their admission decision and walk through important next steps
- Leave the event admitted to their faculty of choice*
*Students applying to Indigenous Education or Music Education are eligible for the discounted application fee, but offers of admission cannot be made at the event due to competitive admission. Applicants to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing must apply through Saskatchewan Polytechnic and cannot apply at the event; however, they may still receive the discounted fee by applying to a second-choice program.
Who can Attend Admission on the Spot?
- Current grade 12 students, parents, and supporters.
- Adult 12 students.
- Mature students.
International students (students on a study visa) and Graduate students are not eligible for Admission on the Spot or the reduced application fee. Post-secondary transfer students are eligible to take advantage of the waived application fee, but are not able to to be admitted on the spot since official transcripts must come directly from their previous post-secondary institution.
What should students bring to Admission on the Spot?
- Current high school students should bring a school certified/unofficial transcript, which they can request from their guidance counsellor or principal.
- High school graduates and Adult 12 students should bring either an unofficial transcript or an official transcript.
