2026 Spring Convocation Ceremony - Wednesday Afternoon

Convocation is a significant milestone in an academic journey, marking the start of an exciting new chapter. It’s a time when graduates, faculty, family, and friends come together to celebrate accomplishments.

The convocation ceremony brings together the Chancellor, the University Senate, all graduates, and distinguished guests to honour the accomplishments of undergraduate and graduate students, as well as honorary degree recipients. The ceremony may also include the presentation of Deans' Medals, University Prizes, and the Governor General’s Silver and Gold Medals.
