National Disability Employment Awareness Month celebration at the University of Regina

National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) has been recently established across Canada to increase awareness of the positive outcomes of hiring persons with disabilities. Throughout the month of October, NDEAM has focused on hosting different types of events and providing a variety of resources to share information between all employers about hiring persons with disabilities in all types of jobs.

Media are invited to attend a news conference celebrating NDEAM and the Campus For All 4 to 40 initiative.

Guest speakers will include President and Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Vianne Timmons, President and CEO of Farm Credit Canada Michael Hoffart and 4 to 40 employee, Lesley Beaulieu.
