University of Regina Accessible Permit/Privilege

Permanent Disability

People who have a Sask. Abilities parking permit may park at any accessible parking location and pay the appropriate fee.

If you have a Saskatchewan Abilities parking permit then you can submit a request to Parking Services (PS) for a University of Regina accessible permit/privilege.

When requesting your U of R accessible permit/privilege, please provide proof of your parking permit from Sask. Abilities Council. Our accessible permit/privilege enables you to park in any accessible curbside parking location without paying the appropriate fee. (This excludes the underground parkades and the public pay lot 2).

No Accessible Parking Stalls Available?

If you have a U of R accessible permit/privilege and can't park because the designated accessible parking locations are full, you are allowed to park in a 30 minute Public parking location.  If these areas (accessible and time-zones) are full, you may park at a 1 hour or longer location without paying.
