Top-notch industry professionals and CEOs from major Saskatchewan businesses. This is your chance to shine, pitch yourself, showcase your research, skills, and talents directly to prospective employers, industry and community partners who are eager to discover fresh talent.
Graduate students who complete one of the Centre for Experiential and Service Learning (CESL) courses are eligible to participate in the Reverse Career Fair. This unique fair features employers from major Saskatchewan businesses, including Mosaic, Nutrien, Farm Credit Canada, Cultivator, TD, ISM, ISC, and the City of Regina. It is a remarkable success as it is has one of the highest hiring rates of University Networking events, with almost 10% of students getting hired!

To participate you will have to attend one of our CESL workshops to qualify for the Reverse Career Fair, where you'll have the exclusive opportunity to present your skills and network with industry leaders.

- October 1: Job Searching for Graduate Students
- October 2: Customizing Resumes for Graduate Students
- October 8: Interview Prep for Graduate Students
- October 9: Networking Etiquette for Graduate Students
- October 10: LinkedIn Power Hour with GATE

Please Note:
- Attendance is encouraged for all sessions, but only one session is required to recieve a personalized invite to the Reverse Career Fair and GATE x President Keshen's Regina Chamber of Commerce Executive Event.
- Last semester, graduate students said these sessions best prepared them in their professional development.
- These sessions are the most popular sessions put on by CESL (Centre for Experiential and Service Learning), very high in demand, and often "sell" out.
- The session are designed to prepare students effectively for the Reverse Career Fair and cover essential topics like resume building, professional communication, and effective networking strategies, ensuring that participants are well-prepared to engage with industry partners.
