IODE War Memorial Doctoral Scholarship

These scholarships were established to honour the memory of the men and women who gave their lives for Canada in World Wars I and II. Awards are made for doctoral study in Canada or other Commonwealth countries.

Eligibility

  • Candidates must be Canadian Citizen
  • Hold a Master's degree and hold a first degree from a Canadian University
  • At the time of applying, a candidate MUST BE ENROLLED IN AT LEAST THE SECOND YEAR OF A DOCTORAL PROGRAM

Letter of Intent to Apply must be received by IODE Canada on or before October 1.

- Certified copy of transcripts (undergraduate and graduate) submitted directly by the Registrar to IODE Canada. Electronic transcripts are acceptable if certified and submitted directly by the Registrar.

- Three letters of reference submitted to IODE Canada. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure letters have been received by IODE Canada on or before the application deadline of November 1.
