The Stefan Legacy Award in Graduate Advanced Training and Entrepreneurship (GATE) was created to support students participating in the newly created Graduate Advanced Training and Entrepreneurship (GATE) program.

Eligibility

The Stefan Legacy Award in Graduate Advanced Training and Entrepreneurship (GATE) will be awarded to a University of Regina graduate student who meets the following criteria:
- Enrolled in a graduate program in any faculty;
- Is a fully-qualified graduate student;
- Participated in a significant amount of Graduate Advanced Training and Entrepreneurship (GATE) Centre programming at the University of Regina during the previous six months;
- Students will submit a listing of GATE events in which they have participated in the last six months

Note: Significant participation will be determined by the GATE staff but as a guide this participation would equal 5-7 events or approx. 10 hours of participation. GATE staff will be contacted to verify that the student has participated in the required events

Application Information

In addition, students will need to upload the following:
- Provide a list of GATE events in which they have participated in the last six months.
- UP TO DATE Transcripts, which include CURRENT SEMESTER REGISTRATION. University of Regina Unofficial Transcript titled ‘Unofficial Transcript' found in UR Self Service OR University of Regina Official Transcript from MyCreds. Please refer to the MyCreds | MesCertif learner FAQs for more information on fees and how to register.
IMPORTANT: If you are an entrance student with no grades yet at the U of R, in addition to the unofficial transcript found in UR Self Service or the official transcript from MyCreds, you MUST also provide a copy of your last institution transcript along with the grading key in order to be considered. You must combine these documents into one and upload them.
