Fire Extinguisher Training Workshops

Health & Safety is pleased to offer Fire Extinguisher Training Workshops that will provide students, faculty, and staff with essential fire safety skills. Each hands-on workshop will include using our Fire Extinguisher Simulator, which offers a safe and realistic environment to practice proper fire extinguisher use. Other workshop topics include:

Different Classes of fires
Types of fire extinguishers and their uses
The PASS technique (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep)

Each interactive workshop is one hour in length and will be offered once a month beginning in August and in the Fall 2025 term. Space is limited, submit your registration form now!
