Baylee Munro

Baylee Munro is the head coach of the women’s and men’s varsity swim teams at the University of Regina. Baylee’s primary responsibility is to work with the athletic director and the Regina Optimist Dolphins Swim Team (RODS) to ensure the success of the Cougars swim program. This includes designing the program, personally coaching varsity athletes, and creating the best possible daily training environment. Baylee is also the head coach and general manager of the RODS. Baylee enjoys using his background in Computer Science to create optimized training programs that offer the highest possible rate of continuous improvement, enabling his athletes to reach higher levels of performance with consistent training. He is also completing his Master’s in High Performance Coaching and Technical Leadership at the University of British Columbia. One fun fact about Baylee is that in 2018, he was on the American television game show "Let's Make a Deal".
