Academic Advising

The academic advisor is on-site at La Cité to provide you with academic, professional, and personal guidance. They can give you information about academic programs and refer you to other services. They are a resource for students in all French courses and programs at the University of Regina.

What can they do for you?

  • Evaluate your academic profile to help you choose and register for your courses
  • Connect with professors on your behalf if you have questions or issues in a class
  • Ensure that you are on the right track toward completing your degree
  • Provide advice and strategies if you find it difficult to balance schoolwork with your personal life
  • Guide you toward scholarships for which you are eligible
  • Answer questions about credit transfer, changing your major, and more

For French language academic advising services or inquiries, please contact Kimberly Muhr at the University of Regina Student Success Centre by email (academic.advising@uregina.ca) or telephone (306-585-4076).
