The Academic Program Development Consultant holds a position focusing upon the structure of Academic Programs. Primary responsibilities include supporting departments and faculties in the development of new academic programs, or major revisions of existing programs. Martin is also responsible for leading the preparation of university-wide statistics related to academic programs. In support of promoting student success, Martin is responsible for leading and supporting translational research initiatives to turn findings from OIR surveys and institutional data into new practices in academic programs. The Academic Program Development Consultant also interacts with representatives of government and other external organizations to exchange information and plan new educational programs.
