After all, Miranda spent four years in the Registrar’s Office at the University of Regina and gained an understanding and appreciation of the complexities of the data within the student information system. As an IR analyst, Miranda has been involved in a variety of projects, including the creation of an admissions funnel report, numerous data quality reviews, student retention analysis, and ongoing report and data element documentation.

Miranda is also the Vice President of CIRPA (Canadian Institutional Research and Planning Association) (Term 2019-2021), supporting the professional development of its members through networking and knowledge-sharing to facilitate informed decision-making in Canadian post-secondary education. As well, Miranda administers the Data Cookbook for the University of Regina. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Regina.
