Fall Open House at the University of Regina is our biggest in-person event for prospective students. Join us on October 13 to discover the unique opportunities that the U of R can provide for your future!
At this year's event, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the U of R programs, faculties, student services, campus community, and discover various ways to enhance your degree while preparing for your future career!

- 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Check-In starts at 9:00 a.m. at the Centre for Kinesiology, Health and Sport, University of Regina Main Campus, 3737 Wascana Parkway, Regina, SK
- Welcome Session starts at 10:00 a.m., followed by sessions every hour from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. See detailed schedule below.

Admission on the Spot
As part of Fall Open House, you can apply to the University of Regina for a reduced application fee, and be admitted on the spot. There are two options for you to submit your application:
Option One
- Apply online from Oct. 2-10 for $50 and pick up your application decision during Fall Open House.
- Make sure to select “Open House Application” (or "Open House Application for Ed" if you are applying to Education) as the Application Type from the drop-down menu.
- You can upload your current high school transcript and class schedule to the online application.
Option Two
- Apply in person during Fall Open House for $50 and receive your application decision during the event. You will need to bring your current high school transcript and class schedule to the event.
Eligibility
- All current Grade 12 students are eligible to apply for admission to all U of R programs during Admission on the Spot except for those applying to le Baccalauréat en éducation, the Indigenous Education program, Music Education, or the Bachelor of Science in Nursing as those programs require completion of additional admission requirements.
- Students can still take advantage of the discounted application fee by applying to a second choice program.

Campus & Housing Tours will be offered every hour, on the hour. Students can also visit our Campus Expo throughout the day to chat with representatives from our faculties of study, campus supports, and student clubs!
Each Faculty/Academic Unit session will be about 45 minutes with time for all your questions! Here are some of the things that you can find out about at each session:
- What is the Faculty/Unit and what are they about.
- What programs do they offer?
- How are their programs set up (eg: practicums, internships, co-ops, etc.).
- What makes this area unique for you?
- What are your options for flexible studies, such as location options, course delivery (eg: online, in person, etc.).
- What kind of careers can you pursue?
- What are the specific admission requirements for that area?

Visitors to the Fall Open House can park in any of the public parking locations. There are pay stations at each of the university entrances (noted in green on the linked map) or payment can made using the PayByPhone app.
