National College Health Assessment (NCHA)

The University of Regina first invited its students to participate in the National College Health Assessment survey in 2016. While the American College Health Association arranged for the administration of the survey, an impressive 41 Canadian post secondary institutions participated. The data collected measured the health and habits of our students, assisting post secondary educators with the identification of common health and behaviour risks affecting students' academic performance. The University of Regina participated again in Spring 2019.

An NCHA Executive Summary highlighting data collected in 2016 and 2019 can be found here.
