This policy provides the University community with a list of products that Information Services supports, including hardware, software and mobile devices. Furthermore, a list of recommended products is provided which Information Services is not yet able to fully support but which are expected to operate correctly in our environment. And finally, a list of products which have come to their end of life and are no longer supported is available under Related Information.

Information Services provides technical support for a variety, but not all, available products to enable the University community to carry out its day-to-day business.

While Information Services strives to ensure that the Macintosh products and products for Macintosh contained within this list are compatible with other University supported systems and software, operation and support levels identical to the more commonly used Windows platform and software are not guaranteed.
