To: Members of Council

There will be a meeting of Council, on Monday, April 24, 2017 from 2:30 –4:00 p.m. in the Education Auditorium, ED 106, as follows:

            2:00 p.m. – Council Registration Opens
            2:30 p.m. – Call to Order

Council members or Council Committee Chairs who wish items be placed on the agenda that address either broad policy issues and/or the long term interests of the University, must notify the University Secretary at by 12:00 noon on Thursday, April 6, 2017. 

An agenda will be sent to members at least five (5) days prior to the Council Meeting.

Quorum is 100 members.

Membership is defined in section 76 of The University of Regina Act. The University Secretary maintains a list of members; if you wish to determine whether or not you are a member of Council, refer to this list: List of Council Members pdf icon

If your name is not on the list and you believe it should be, or if you believe there is an error in the list, you must contact the University Secretary at 306-585-4956 by Thursday, April 13, 2017.
