This meeting of Council has been set in order to consider only this topic.  The agenda, including all related materials, will be provided to members at least 5 days prior to the meeting.

Meeting Modality, Quorum, and Voting:

As per Section 2.2.4 of the Council Rules and Regulations:

Members present online must have their cameras turned on and appear on screen. Proxy voting is not permitted.

A Zoom link will be sent to Council members with the agenda.

Council Membership

Membership is defined in Section 76 of the University of Regina Act. The University Secretary maintains a list of members; if you wish to determine whether or not you are a member of Council, you will find the list here.

If your name is not on the list and you believe it should be, or if you believe there is an error in the list, you must contact Sarah.Stewart@uregina.ca by Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Following that date, names will not be added or removed from the list.
