Emotional Wellness and Resiliency
Emotions are part of every day life, but sometimes they can be unfamiliar and difficult to navigate. This session will help students learn about their emotional well-being, including how to normalize a variety of feelings, while providing a space for safe and open discussion about methods for building emotional resiliency.
