Since the information included in these letters pertains to course registration and other academic details, you can only submit a request if youare registered in current or future terms. If you need to apply to restore your status as a student, please proceed with requesting a letter.

Processing times for letters are typically 2-5 business days.
About the Extension Process
It is your responsibility to submit your application prior to the expiry date of your current study permit. Our International Student Services team is not authorized to submit or complete applications on your behalf.
Once you have all of the required documents, you will complete an online application using an active GCKey account. If you do not have a GCKey account, or are unable to access it, please ensure to create one.
If no additional information is required, our staff will begin processing your letter request. Make sure to check your email regularly. When we send you your letter, you will also receive a document checklist and an invitation to upcoming Study Permit Extension Workshops hosted by our team.
