Scholarship Value and Duration
Application Process
The University of Regina is pleased to invite both partner institutions on behalf of their nominated exchange students and interested students from eligible countries to submit applications for the 2026–2027 Study in Canada Scholarships (SICS). Please understand that because of the need for an existing exchange program agreement, we ask that only those students nominated through our exchange program be considered for this scholarship. Individual students interested are encouraged to contact their Study Abroad coordinator at their home institution to determine nomination eligibility.
Please email study.abroad@uregina.ca a complete list of student names and all required supporting documents no later than March 13, 2026, 11:59pm CST. Early applications are encouraged. Each partner institution may submit applications for a maximum of three (3) students.
A formal student exchange program agreement or MOU is not a requirement for researchers as is the case for exchange students. As such, research students who have identified a willing UofR supervisor may apply directly to global.mobility@uregina.ca with all supporting documents no later than February 26, 2026, 11:59pm CST. Early applications are encouraged.
