Together, We Serve

The University of Regina’s strategic plan, Together, We Serve, sets a clear direction for the decade ahead. Built around one shared vision and five strategic priorities, the plan aligns our learning, research, community engagement, reconciliation, and innovation so they advance together, not in isolation.

The plan reflects extensive input from faculty, staff, students, alumni, Indigenous and community partners. It builds on our strengths as a comprehensive, research-intensive university rooted in the prairies and connected to the world.

Over the next decade, the plan will:

• Reinforce academic excellence and research impact; and
• Ensure we remain adaptable in a changing world.

Progress will be measured and reported annually, ensuring transparency and shared responsibility.
