Application Status
The University of Regina is currently implementing new software. During this time, we will be using two different applications.
Please ensure that you check the correct application portal below.
To check the status of your application, simply follow these steps:
- Enter in your Login ID and PIN that you used when you submitted your application here.
- Click on the term you have applied for under the “Processed Applications".
- In your “Application Summary", refer to your “Application Status”. There will be three possible statuses here:
- Incomplete; Items outstanding - this means we are missing required documents. If that is the case, scroll down to the “Requirement” section. If the "Received" column is blank, it means we have not received the indicated document yet. Please make sure you have requested transcripts to be sent to Enrolment Services. Please note, if you have just submitted your application and/or documents, and the 'received date' appears blank, we may just not have had a chance to update this yet!
- Complete; Ready for review - this means we have received all your documents and are now going to be assessing your application very soon. Please give us two weeks for processing from the most recent date indicated under the “Received” column.
- Decision Made – this means we have finished reviewing your application, and a letter has been sent to you via email with the outcome of your application.

Awaiting Materials - this means we are either need the required application fee and/or missing required documents. If that is the case, scroll down to the “Checklist” section.
For Application Fees: You can make an online payment using the link provided in the Checklist section of this page. If you prefer to pay in-person or over the phone, please contact Enrolment Services at 305-585-4951 or 210 Administration-Humanities Building
For Documents: If the "Received" column is blank, it means we have not received the indicated document yet. You can upload certain documents directly from your Checklist. Other documents, such as official transcripts will need to be provided directly from the issuing institution. Please see https://www.uregina.ca/admissions/undergraduate/highschooladmissions/transcripts.html for more information on how to request your official transcripts.
Please note, if you have just submitted your application and/or documents, and the 'received date' appears blank, we may just not have had a chance to update this yet!
- Awaiting Decision - this means we have received all your documents and are now going to be assessing your application very soon. Please give us two weeks for processing from the most recent date indicated under the “Received” column.
- Decision Made – this means we have finished reviewing your application, and a decision letter has been sent to you via the Application Status page. You will be able to view and download a copy of your decision letter from within the portal.
