Commitment to PRME & the UN SDGs

The Hill Levene School of Business is proud to be Signatory Members of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME)  — a United Nations–supported initiative that works with business schools around the world to advance sustainable development through education, research, and leadership.

PRME is the world’s largest organized relationship between the United Nations and business schools, engaging more than 800 institutions worldwide. The initiative is grounded in six core principles that guide responsible management education in the areas of purpose, values, method, research, partnership, and dialogue.

As a PRME signatory, Hill Levene is dedicated to:

  • Integrating sustainability, ethics, and inclusivity across our curriculum and learning experiences
  • Supporting faculty development and research aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  • Encouraging dialogue and collaboration with global partners
  • Reporting on our progress and impact as part of the PRME community
Through these efforts, we aim to prepare future leaders who are equipped to balance economic success with long-term societal and environmental well-being.

As part of this global community, we are committed to developing the next generation of responsible decision-makers who understand the social, environmental, and economic dimensions of business leadership. We are committed to aligning our teaching, research, and operations with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — particularly:

  • Goal 5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
  • Goal 8: Promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
  • Goal 10: Reduce inequality within and among countries
