Hill Legacy Program Refund Request Form

Things to note before completing the refund form:

  1. Hill students are only eligible for a refund when they EXIT their program  (for example: convocation, voluntarily withdraw, RTD, or the semester following Inactive status). *Hill students who graduated prior to Fall 2018 have one year from the date January 1, 2019 to submit a refund request form. No requests for refunds will be processed for these students after December 31, 2019.
  2. Fees began in the 2016 Spring/Summer semester at a rate of $21 per 3 credit hour class taken while a student was enrolled in the undergraduate program in the Faculty of Business Administration.
  3. Refunds are processed in the order they are received.  Please allow up to 12 weeks for processing time. 
  4. Refunds are credited back in cheque form and then mailed out. To ensure that your cheque is mailed to your current address, please ensure your mailing address is up to date on UR Self-Service.
