Recruitment Services
On campus recruitment services include a job posting, resume collection, interviewing facilities, information sessions and career fairs.
Your job posting will receive a great deal of exposure FREE of charge. All positions, within our posting policy are posted on our employment board and our website. Career-related positions are also e-mailed to our graduate registry and appropriate faculties.
Our annual career fairs provide an excellent opportunity for you to pinpoint quality candidates while meeting the students who come to ask questions and gain knowledge about the future career opportunities within your company.
Come to campus to host your own recruitment session to provide company background and information to prospective students or selected candidates prior to interviews. We will assist in organizing and promoting these sessions to the whole Campus or target groups that you may identify as your priority.
Help relieve workplace staffing burdens by hiring a student for a work term while mentoring and preparing students for life in their field of studies. The Co-op/Internship program allows you to train candidates for potential permanent positions in the future while they are still in school!
We offer services to assist you with the application and interview process, including on-campus interview space and interveiw scheduling free of charge for U of R student and alumni candidates. Our office provides several comfortable interview rooms with courtesy phone and Internet access which must be booked in advance.
