After registering for a session, you will receive a confirmation email with directions for joining the meeting.

How to register for a career session (Zoom meeting)
To help ensure online security, advance registration is required. To register for a session, simply click the registration link for each session of interest and complete the online form.

Registering well in advance is recommended. Registrations received less than 30 minutes before the start time or during the meeting might not be processed on time.

How to Attend via Zoom & Meeting Security
a) After your online registration is processed, you will receive a Confirmation Email with a meeting ID, password, and URL. You will need these to join shortly before the start time.
b) About 10-15 minutes before the start time, click the link in the Confirmation Email. Join early to allow extra time to resolve any connection problems. Follow the Zoom instructions. You might need to download a Zoom file and enter a password (noted in the email).
c) Next, you will be admitted to a Waiting Room until shortly before the start time and the Host admits you.
d) During the session you can turn your microphone and video on and off to ask a question and participate in discussion.
e) Downloading the Zoom app to your device (e.g.,desktop, laptop, iPad) is recommended. Option: If you would to sign up for a free Zoom account, click here: https://zoom.us/
