Digital Display Network

Advising & Career Education operates a  digital display network of 13 big-screen televisions in high-traffic areas across campus! All early bird registrants receive one free ad on the network for the month of January! Free advertising and a great rate! You can't beat it.

Digital ads cost $500 for the month. (Digital ads need to be sized at 1366w x 768h pixels, in JPEG or PNG formats).

The University of Regina Spring Career Fair is an all-discipline career fair hosted each year that attracts local and national employers to network and recruit University of Regina students for future opportunities.

This event provides the tool to promote your organization to individuals from all disciplines. Meet students and alumni from our campus, showcase your organization, introduce the careers available with your organization and discuss your goals.

The Registration fee is $500/booth or $200 for all Government of Canada registered Charitable Organizations (GST number required).

  Exhibitors will receive:

  • Access to over 12,000 University of Regina Students and Alumni,

  • 10' x 8' exhibit space, 6' skirted table and chairs, (An added fee of $60 for electricity access, SUPPLY LIMITED)

  • 1 parking permit,

  • Access throughout the day to the Exhibitors' Lounge for food and beverages, and

  • Your organization's name and weblink on the University of Regina Advising and Career Education's web page and advertising materials circulated for three weeks prior to the event.

    8:00 - 9:30 am - Check-in and set-up

    10:00 am - Fair opens to all students

    11:30 am - 12:30 pm - Exhibitors' Lunch

    3:00 pm - Display teardown
