Ambassador Training & Certificates
To ensure you get the most out of your Ambassador experience, a variety of Ambassador training opportunities are provided.
Junior Ambassador Mandatory Training:
New Ambassadors

Returning Ambassadors:
Senior Ambassador Mandatory Training:

- Ambassadors 101
- Tour Training Part 1
- Tour Training Part 2 (Must pass and be notified)
Returning Ambassadors:
- Ambassador 200
- Tour Training Part 2 (Must pass and be notified)
Ambassador Certificates
Certificates will be presented to Ambassadors (in April of each year) who attend all required training for their Ambassador level, attend one optional session, volunteer three times per academic year and complete the necessary hours.

For certificates, Ambassadors will have from the March of one year to the March of the next year to complete and hand in the completed certificate. Once you have completed your certificate, you may hand it in to the Student Success Centre (RC 230) early as well.
