Certificate of Extended Studies in Inclusive Education

The Certificate of Extended Studies in Inclusive Education takes a needs-based approach to inclusive education that recognizes the importance of individualized, flexible and responsive supports for students. This 10-course certificate program, with emphasis on face-to-face delivery, provides teachers with the opportunity to learn from instructors who have extensive experience in the field.

The Certificate of Extended Studies in Inclusive Education is a 30-credit hour certificate program beyond the B.Ed degree. For re-classification information related to the successful completion of the Certificate in Extended Studies in Inclusive Education (CESIE) program in Saskatchewan, visit www.sptrb.ca/web/sptrb/.

Students who have not taken EPSY 322 or EPSY 400 or EPSY 418 to fulfill the requirements of the B.Ed degree can use this course towards the electives for this certificate.
