Poster Session in RIC Atrium
Graduate students at any stage of their research are invited to participate in the Graduate Research Conference on Saturday, Oct 22, 2022. Innovation Knowledge Translation is about taking your work and making it accessible to a general audience. The pandemic has precluded many graduate students from participating in conferences, this is a great opportunity to present your work and build your communication skills in an interdisciplinary conference environment. You can choose a four minute presentation or be part of the poster session. You will get feedback and we even cover the costs of printing the posters. This event is free.

Presentation Details
- The presentations are to be four minutes long
- There will be a few minutes for questions afterwards
- There will be a podium and a mic
- Please use a 16:9 slide ratio
- A PDF version of your slide deck is to be submitted to grad.engagement@uregina.ca by 8:00 AM on October 20.
- You are able to use presentation software but are responsible for loading it yourself
- You will receive written feedback after the conference
Poster Details
- The poster is to be 4 ft by 3 ft. Most people go landscape but it is your choice.
- We will cover the cost of printing but it must be submitted to Printing Services before noon on October 18.
- You need to submit a pdf to Printing Services. Many people use PowerPoint to design their posters. Make sure to adjust the settings to be 4 ft by 3 ft before designing.
- In addition to sending it to Printing Services, please send a copy to grad.engagement@uregina.ca
- You are responsible for picking up your poster from Printing Services by 4:00 PM on Oct 21.
- We will provide a poster stand, frame and hardware. You just need the poster.
- It is recommended that you prepare a one minute presentation to give an overview of your work.
- You will receive written feedback after the conference
