Deadlines

To graduate, all students must apply for graduation regardless of their intention to attend the Convocation Ceremony.

To apply for graduation, you must log into your UR Self-Service and ensure that the program for which you will apply is your current program.  If you have any questions, please contact FGSR.

The table below gives the important deadlines for completion of your degree.

The deadline given for the Convocation Ceremony is the date by which you must complete all your program requirements so that you may attend the convocation ceremony and complete your degree that semester.

The deadline given for Program Completion is the date by which you must complete all your program requirements to complete in that semester.  If you complete all requirements by this deadline, you will not be required to register in the following semester.
