We are here to Support the Campus!

The CTES Staff can assist in bookings for supplying or delivering teaching equipment to classrooms.

Our technicians specialize in designing, installing, and supporting permanent classroom teaching technology, including hyflex/hybrid systems.

For all your equipment, technical, and training needs, the CTES team is here to support your teaching experience.

Training Sessions

  • Join our online and in-person training sessions called "HyFlex/Hybrid Classroom Introduction." These sessions are scheduled during the first week of each term.
  • We also invite you to take the Classroom Technology Training Course in UR Courses (see gold box above).

QR Codes

  • In each classroom, you'll find a QR code conveniently located on the instructor table. If you encounter any issues during your session, simply use your mobile device to scan the QR code. It will instantly lead you to a website with quick and helpful resources.

Technology Training and Support Training Sessions

A calendar list of Remote teaching technical webinars are hosted by the Technology Training and Support (TTS) team. All webinars are held on Zoom.

Student Employment

CTES sustains working opportunities for students on campus. We participate in Experiential and Service Learning, employing full-time students to assist with the delivery and support of classroom technology. In addition, we employ students for shifts in the equipment room as operators to support special events.
