Balance Assessment

Receive a comprehensive balance assessment using advanced force plate and wearable sensor technology. Participants gain valuable insight into their balance, mobility, and fall risk, along with personalized recommendations and balance training strategies to support safe movement and improved confidence.

Enrich Program

Enrich offers individualized exercise and task-oriented movement training in a supportive group setting for adults living with neurological conditions, including stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury, and cerebral palsy. Physician clearance is required before participating.

UR Gold

UR Gold is a group circuit training program designed for individuals managing one stable, controlled health condition that has been present for at least six months. Participants improve strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and functional movement through a variety of guided exercises.

Occupational Testing

We provide occupational physical abilities testing for employment evaluations, including the COPAT, POPAT, SOPAT, and PARE. These standardized assessments help individuals prepare for and meet the physical requirements of careers in public safety and protective services.

Boxing 4 Health

Boxing 4 Health is a non-contact, boxing-inspired fitness program designed for individuals living with Parkinson's disease. Participants improve strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and confidence while enjoying an engaging and supportive group exercise environment.

Health and Fitness Assessment

Eligible University employees can access a comprehensive health and fitness assessment as part of their annual wellness benefits. Assessments provide valuable information about overall health and fitness, along with personalized recommendations to support long-term wellness.

R & R Cancer Rehab and Recovery Program

The R & R Cancer Rehab and Recovery Program provides specialized group exercise programming for individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. Guided by a certified exercise physiologist, participants improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, flexibility, and overall function through personalized exercise plans.
