Enrich Program

Enrich Neurorehab is a community exercise program for people living with chronic neurological conditions. The program provides individually-designed, evidence-informed exercise training for people experiencing challenges with movement due to the long-term effects of a neurological condition (e.g., stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury). The program runs twice a week. The program is supervised by a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and supported by student volunteers.

UR Gold

UR Gold group exercise program for older adults. A Certified Exercise Physiologist provides individualized exercise programming that focuses on enhancing functionality for individuals with one controlled health conditions. A controlled health condition is a condition that has been present for 6 or more months post-diagnosis.

Boxing 4 Health

Boxing 4 Health gives people with Parkinson's disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact boxing-based fitness curriculum.

Excel Online

Online Exercise programming that focuses on enhancing functionality for individuals with one controlled health condition. A controlled health condition is a condition that has been present for 6 or more months post-diagnosis. All cancer types welcome.

Rest and Restore (Cancer Rehab)

In this program, a Certified Exercise Physiologist provides individualized exercise programs for people undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment in a small group setting. Various exercises and equipment will be used to focus on muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, and flexibility.
