Rest & Restore (Cancer Rehab)

ALL Cancer Types are Welcome. These group sessions are 50 minutes long and are held twice weekly.

A Doctor’s clearance letter and an assessment by a Certified Exercise Physiologist are required to begin this program.

Please call 306-585-4004 for more information and to schedule your assessment. The cost of the assessment is $60.

You will not be eligible to participate if you have not been properly assessed prior to beginning the group Rest and Restore program. If you have a have change in your health status and are unable to return to the program using your current programming, please book a reassessment.
