UR Gold

UR Gold uses a variety of exercises and equipment are used to increase muscular strength,endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and range of motion.

A doctor's clearance letter and an assessment by a Certified Exercise Physiologist are required to begin this program.

You will not be eligible to participate if you have not been properly assessed before beginning the group UR Gold program. All participants will receive a complimentary pass to the Gym for the duration of the registered program.
