Board Bylaws

The University Secretary’s Office is responsible for the maintenance and updating of the Board bylaws.  The documentation contained herein is reviewed by the Executive and Governance and Nominations Committee of the Board.  Any changes to the documentation and bylaws are approved by the Board of Governors. 

The Board Bylaws are designed to provide a reference on Board operations, committee structure, Board evaluation and Board policies at the University of Regina.
